Editors are committed to a rapid review process with high quality standards. Every effort will be made to obtain criticism and render editorial decisions to the authors within 3 weeks of receipt of the manuscript. When manuscripts are accepted subject to revision, the revised work must be received within three months of the decision date, unless prior arrangements are made with the report desk.
Guidelines for editorial decisions: the main criteria for judging which manuscripts are published are originality and scientific significance. Manuscripts may be editorially rejected by the absence of these suggestions, even if the work seems technically sound.
Previous publication: The material submitted must not be published or submitted elsewhere, except in abstract form.
Copyright: When an article was accepted, the authors will be invited to complete an "Exclusive license agreement".
Language: all articles can be written in Persian (classic or Cyrillic) , in English (American or British usage is accepted, but not a mixture of these), French, Russian, and German language.
Submission: Our online submission system guides you step by step through the process of entering your article details and uploading your files.
Review; This review applies a single blind review process. All contributions will be initially assessed by the editor to determine if they are suitable for the journal. Articles deemed appropriate are then generally sent to at least two independent expert reviewers to assess the scientific quality of the article. The publisher is responsible for the final decision regarding the acceptance or rejection of articles. The CGIOU report decision is final.
